I have been living on the island since 1997 and have worked in the Real Estate world for many years. Having known so many clients looking for a property on the island, I have seen many get lost in the search and inevitably give up.
In order to help reduce the time spent looking for the right property and turn it into an enjoyable experience, I decided to pour all my knowledge of the island and the real estate market into helping you.
In my house viewings with clients of many different nationalities, I have noticed that potential buyers often struggle to imagine themselves in their future home largely because of a far too personal decor. On many occasions the negotiations on price revolved around details which could have easily been solved beforehand for a very small cost.
